Definition of Human relationship:
Human relationship: An interpersonal relationship is an association between two or more people that may range from fleeting to enduring. Human relationships are formed on different circumstances; it could be cultural, social family, friendship, work and social groups. Leadership and human relation go side by side, you can’t choose between them, and you have to choose them altogether.

Human Relation:
 The skill or ability to work effectively through and with other people. In all aspect of life, you will deal with other people. No matter what you do for a living or how well you do it, your relationship with others is the key to your success or failure (Lamberton & Minor 2010).
Relationships involve some level of interdependence between two parties and people in a relationship tend to influence each other by different means; share their thoughts and feelings, and engage in activities together with trust.

Human relations movement refers to the researchers of organizational development who study the behavior of people in groups, in particular workplace groups. Which examined the effects of social relations, motivation and employee satisfaction on the outcome.
Human Relation means creating favorable environment for a team work of the head, administrator, teacher, learner and the parents, so that the institute can run smoothly
School administration can easily achieve their objectives through close relations among its members that are; teachers, students, parents and other allied members.

Principles of human relations consist of the following steps.

The principal has to play a very delicate and critical role as he has to strike a balance in the practical field among fighting and quarrelling students, complaining teachers and parents.

Get together from time to time and tour of teachers and students outside the school. Arrange co-curricular activities in the school where teacher and student both participate.

Mental health includes emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how individual think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how individual handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
Factors contribute to mental health problems, including:
Biological factors, such as genes or brain chemistry
Life experiences, such as trauma or abuse
Family history of mental health problems

Early Warning Signs
Ø  Experiencing one or more of the following feelings or behaviors can be an early warning sign of a problem:
Ø  Eating or sleeping too much or too little
Ø  Pulling away from people and usual activities
Ø  Having low or no energy
Ø  Feeling numb or like nothing matters
Ø  Having unexplained aches and pains

The teacher metal health is very necessary for the teaching learning process, so for that very reason a headmaster or principal need to give full attention to the metal health of their staff members. If teachers are coping with these kinds of stress than they will be not able to do their due job and impart education to the students and to build a positive personality of the students.  The headmaster need to know the problems of his teachers and try to finds solution for that.
Metal heath of the teacher plays a very important role in the character building of the students and their learning achievements. The educational administrators need to solve the financial problem of the teachers and health care issues related to the teachers and their families. The headmaster needs to manage the workload of the teacher so he could manage his classes on time and have enough time to prepare himself for the class. Provide good, healthy and stress free environment to the teachers and in response they will give you quality in Education.
